Order of assembly
It is suggested that you assemble the cut parts initially with a few screws to check for location of parts, size/fit and alignment. When you are happy with the layout, dismantle and reassemble using water proof adheshive and corrosion resistant screws.

The bottom
- To adjust (3) one the periphery of the bottom [ 1 ]
- To prepare [ 2 ] with (4)
The channel
- to prepare [ 4 ] with (4)
- To prepare [ 6 ] and [ 8 ] with (3)
- To prepare [ 11 ] with (3) (left:cote ATTENTION and
dimensions right)
- To set up [ 2 ] and the channel [ 4 ], [ 6 ] and [ 8 ]
Element of dimension
- To prepare [ 9 ] and [ 10 ] and [ 11 ] with (3) on the high
part
- To fix [ 9 ] and [ 10 ] and [ 11 ] out of (1)
Sides
- To prepare [ 13 ], [ 14 ], [ 15 ], [ 16 ], [ 17 ], [ 18 ]
with (2) leaving (2) extend beyond
- To fix the sides on (1) one by one and to adjust (2)
Resin reinforcement
- Use woven glass fibre reinforcement tape and resin to reinforce all vertical
and horizontal joints.
- Paint all the woodwork with fibreglass resin to give a durable and
waterproof finish.
Before bridging
- to reinforce all the liasions before closing of the case and
installation of the buoyancy
Buoyancy
- To set up the buoyancy
to place foam STYRODUR panels in the case on 200 mm broad of
the back has before (ATTENTION by respecting the air flow not to
make a " wall ")
It is possible to stop the channel by

Bridging
- to place [ 23 ], [ 24 ], [ 25 ], [ 26 ]
- to place [ 19 ], [ 20 ], [ 22 ] more [ 21 ] reinforcement in

Bail out
- to place [ 29 ], [ 28 ] and [ 30 ] use offcut of (3)
Resin
- to reinforce all the liasion of bridging and the sides
dimensions to return
